TRFA invites you to exhibit in the Association’s 2026 Annual Meeting Tabletop Showcase from Monday, October 26 to Wednesday, October 28 at the Westin Cleveland Downtown, Cleveland, OH. Don’t miss this opportunity to join industry leaders in an important marketplace venture!

All Showcase Exhibitors must be registered attendees at the TRFA Annual Meeting. There are no exhibit only registration fees available. Commitments are required by September 1, 2026 to guarantee recognition in all meeting materials.

Monday, October 26, 2026 - Tabletop Setup from 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm; Showcase is Open from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Tuesday, October 27, 2026 - Showcase is Open from 9:40 am - 10:10 am; 11:40 am - 1:00 pm; 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Wednesday, October 28, 2026 - Showcase is open from 9:00 am - 9:30 am; 10:30 am - 11:00 am; Tabletop Teardown after 11:00 am

Electrical Access (one (1) power strip with standard 120 volt/20 amp service) is included in your exhibitor fee, but is not automatically supplied without advance notice.

Sponsorship Packages

If your company selects a TRFA Sponsorship Package, the benefits are expanded and the opportunity to connect with TRFA members and Annual Meeting attendees beyond the Annual Meeting is enhanced.

Sponsors will receive premium placement on the website and in high-traffic areas during the Annual Meeting, with the first selection option.
